Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any Dream Software product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy.

Policy Overview

At Dream Software, we stand behind all our products including our game cheats, HWID spoofers, and related software. We strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of digital products and software licensing, our refund policy has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered or activated. This policy applies to all Dream Software products including but not limited to:

  • Fortnite Private
  • Fortnite Ultimate
  • Valorant Private
  • FiveM Ultimate
  • HWID Spoofer
  • Any other current or future products

Replacement Policy

We offer product replacements under specific circumstances. Please review the following conditions carefully:

Eligible for Replacement

  • The issue is on our side (server issues, software bugs, delivery problems)
  • The product was incompatible with your device despite meeting system requirements
  • The product didn't function correctly and no fix was found after troubleshooting with our support team

NOT Eligible for Replacement

  • User error, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
  • Game bans resulting from improper usage or configuration
  • Third-party software conflicts
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • License key has been transferred or shared with others

Time Limits

12-Hour Replacement Window

All replacement requests must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving your product. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Support Language

To ensure clear communication and efficient support, all replacement requests and support tickets must be submitted in English or German only. Requests in other languages may not be processed.

How to Request a Replacement

  2. 2Provide your order ID, email, and username
  3. 3Describe the issue in detail with screenshots or videos if applicable
  4. 4Follow staff instructions during the troubleshooting process
  5. 5Wait for our team to review and respond to your request

Cooperation Required

We dedicate time and resources to providing support and troubleshooting for every customer. If you request support but refuse to follow staff instructions or fail to cooperate during the troubleshooting process, your replacement request may be denied. This applies to instructions given directly by staff during support, not general instructions provided with the license key.

Reseller Purchases

This refund and replacement policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Dream Software website. If you purchased through a reseller, please contact the reseller directly regarding their own refund and replacement policies. Dream Software is not responsible for reseller transactions.

Policy Updates

Dream Software reserves the right to modify or revise this refund policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page frequently. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes take effect. Any modifications replace all prior refund policies. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

By purchasing any Dream Software product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy. You waive any rights to dispute this policy through questions, judgment, or legal actions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from purchasing our products.
